Rental Of 01 (One) Garbage Compactor Truck Vehicle, Minimum Year And Model, Manufactured In 2016, With A Minimum Capacity Of 15 M³, Special Body For Collecting And Transporting Garbage, Must Be Closed, Contain Watertight To Prevent Liquid Dumping In Public Roads And Be Provided With Automatic Unloading Mechanism. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With A Collection Box Mechanism. All Expenses, Including Lubricants, Spare Parts, Mandatory Or Non-Mandatory Insurance, Maintenance, Replacement In The Event Of A Defect, Will Be The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Driver And Fuel Are At The Expense Of The Contractor. The Vehicle Must Be Equipped With Audible Reverse Signaling, Raised Brake Lights And Equipped With Other Safety Equipment And Devices, In Accordance With Current Legislation. In Case Of Breakdown, The Vehicle Must Be Replaced By Another.
