The Building Is Two-Storey, Without A Basement, Designed And Built In 1988. According To The Construction System Spbns (Skeletal-Panel, Beamless. Stressed During Construction) Ei-72. The Built-Up Area Of The Building Is 348.74 Sq.M. , And Its Purpose Is For The Personnel Of The Range To Rest. Currently, The Building Is Not Being Used Due To The Collapse Of The Floor And Cracked Walls On The First Floor. The Purpose Of The Investment Project Is To Carry Out A Complete Repair And Reconstruction Of The Building With A View To Its Modernization And Creation Of Optimal Conditions For Living And Operation. In Connection With The Complete Collapse Of The Pavement At The Elevation +0.00, The Project Decision Provides For The Removal Of All Internal Partition Walls Of The Rooms From The Distribution Of The First Floor, With The Exception Of The Wall Along Axis B Between Axes 3 And 5, Removal Of The Reinforced Concrete Pavement, Except In The Zone Of The Stairwell, Making Of Randbalki, A New Reverse Compacted Embankment And Construction Of A New Reinforced Concrete Floor Covering.
