Supply Of Electricity At Low Voltage And Medium Voltage With Full Administration Of The Information Flow With The Electricity System Operator (Eso) And Bearing The Costs Of Imbalances For The Contracting Authoritys Sites, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Energy Act (Ee), The Rules For Trading In Electric Energy (Ptee) And The Rules For Measuring The Quantity Of Electric Energy (Pikee). The Purpose Of Concluding A Contract For The Provision Of Combined Services Within The Meaning Of Art. 20 Of Ptee, Namely Purchase Of Electricity At Freely Agreed Prices And Payment Of All Services Used By The Contracting Authority As An End Customer, Namely: Access To The Electricity Transmission And/Or Electricity Distribution Network, Transmission Of Electricity Through The Electricity Transmission And/Or The Electricity Distribution Network And Responsibility For Balancing, As Well As All Other Services In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Public Procurement. The Term Of The Contract For The Implementation Of The Procurement Is 12 (Twelve) Months.
