Tenders are invited for Capacity Building in Health Management on Eye Health and Ntds to Stakeholders To provide a solution to the impending challenges in the provision of eye care services delivery, there is need to support the following areas. Build capacity of the health staff and stakeholders to strengthen local health services focusing on planning, management and monitoring of delivered services in the facilities. Besides there is also need for patient care and efficient service delivery. Advocate for the recognition of eye health and push for the revitalisation of the eye health coordination unit at the National Ministry of health. Involve institutions and stakeholders by way of training and capabilities strengthening. Support participative multi stakeholder approach to strengthen the comparison and the exchange of experiences among all the main actors. Objective The course will aim to provide to the staff of the 3 partners in the area (BEC, CUAMM, CORDAID) and to the main stakeholders intermediate and advanced level knowledge on the management of health facilities, the organizational structure of OMU and on the management of the quality of services delivered.
