Expression of Interest are invited for Assessment the Overall Operational Effectiveness of the Tax Administration System - ISEGP Scope of the assignment: This consultancy service is to conduct as assessment of the overall operational effectiveness of the Tax Administration System, and deliver actionable outputs for the following areas: i. Conduct assessment based on Taxpayer Diagnostic Assessment Tool (TADAT) for the Revenue Departments (Inland Revenue and Customs) ii. Assessing the taxpayer registration base and taxpayer identification number (TIN) integrity and setup. iii. Assessment of the operationalization of Somaliland Revenue Authority Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a joint venture and/or a sub-consultancy. In the case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected.
