General Procurement Notice for Rehabilitation and Reconstruction of Lot 2 Section1 Galkayo-Xarfo Road (67km) The road is located in Puntland State, Somalia and is part of the North-South road corridor. The construction period is 12 months (including mobilisation) and this is followed by 12months (365 days) Defects Notification Period (DNP) A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of USD$250 (two hundred and fifty US Dollars). The method of payment will be through the Ministry of Finance payment system. The bidding documents will be issued to the bidder (in hard copy and electronic copy) upon presenting proof of payment. (NB: The essence of issuing electronic copy of the bidding documents to Bidders is to enable Bidders to complete the various Forms in the Standard Bidding Document electronically and have them submitted in hard copies.)
