Heating Plant Construction Work – Construction Of A Biomass Water Boiler. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes All Construction And Assembly Works, Supplies And Services Necessary For The Implementation And Commissioning By The Contractor On A Turnkey Basis Of A Complete Investment Project Called: Construction Of A Biomass Water Boiler, Including The Provision Of Maintenance Services. In Particular, The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Necessary Design, Construction And Installation Works, Delivery Of Equipment And Materials, Carrying Out Commissioning, Training And Warranty Tests, Obtaining Certificates And Permits Necessary To Transfer The Investment For Use And Operation, And Fulfillment Of Obligations Arising From The Quality Guarantee And Warranty Granted. For Flaws. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Three Stages: 2.1. Stage 1 (Design) Including The Development Of The Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Functional And Utility Program, And In Particular Chapter 2.1.3 Of The Fup. 2.2. Stage 2 (Execution) Including The Execution Of Construction Works, Supplies And Services In A Manner Consistent With The Design Documentation, Agreement And Pfu, Including Three Main Tasks: Task 1: Installation Of The Biomass-Water Boiler House (Including The Expansion Of The Central Control Room Of The Heating Plant). Task 2: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Pumping And Collector System For Power Output. Task 3: Reconstruction And Modernization Of The Water Treatment Plant. 2.3. Stage 3 (Service) Including Servicing Of Devices And Installations Installed In Connection With The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order To The Extent Necessary To Maintain The Warranty According To Manufacturer/Guarantor Requirements. As Part Of The Service, The Contractor Will Provide, In Particular, Spare And Quickly Wearing Parts. The Scope Of The Service Includes All Activities Required By The Manufacturer/Guarantor That Are The Basis For Maintaining The Warranty On The Devices, In Particular: 1) Periodic Technical Inspections In The Periods Required By The Manufacturer/Guarantor In Order To Maintain The Warranty; 2) Replacement Of Components Subject To Replacement At The Periods Required By The Manufacturer/Guarantor In Order To Maintain The Warranty; 3) Replacement Of Spare And Quickly Wearing Elements According To The Guarantors Specifications. The Service Will Be Carried Out At The Installation/Assembly Site Of The Devices. 3. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Agreement And Its Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And Construction Works, Are Specified In The Fup Together With Annexes - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz - Construction Of A Biomass Water Boiler And The Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Co-Financed From The Funds Of The Priority Program Of The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management No. 5.9 Interdisciplinary. District Heating - Agreement Of December 28, 2023 No. 757/2023/Wn05/Oa-Ek-Ku/D For Co-Financing In The Form Of A Grant And Agreement Of December 28, 2023 No. 1758/2023/Wn05/Oa-Ek -Ku/P For Funding In The Form Of A Loan.
