The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion, Reconstruction And General Renovation Of The Building Of The Ds7 Zaścianek Student Dormitory At Ul. Rostafińskiego 4 In Kraków Description Of The Subject Of The Order: The Building Is Located At Józefa Rostafińskiego 4 In Kraków. The Described Facility Is Located In The Agh Student Campus And Currently Serves As A Student Residence. There Are Several Similar Facilities In Its Vicinity. The Existing Building Of The Ds7 Zaścianek Student Dormitory Is A Medium-High, Five-Story Building With A Partial Basement And A Mixed Structure. Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Ceilings, The So-Called Żerań Slabs, Reinforced Concrete Walls Of The Ground Floors Żerań Slab, Basement Walls And Monolithic Reinforced Concrete Foundations. External Longitudinal Curtain Walls Made Of Aerated Concrete Blocks, Staircase Flights And Landings - Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete. Reinforced Concrete Foundation In The Form Of A Grid And Footings For Transverse Walls. The Building Is 49.65 M Long, 15.85 M Wide And 15.30 M High. The 1St-4Th Floors Are Based On Transverse Monolithic Walls With Reinforced Concrete Pillars At The Ground Floor Level With Supports In The Form Of Transverse Walls On The First Floor. The Building After Thermal Modernization Of External Walls. The Installation That Drains Rainwater From The Roof Has Been Renovated. The Building, Which Serves As A Student Residence, Has An Unusual Ground Floor, Basements For The Buildings Services And Four Residential Floors. On Each Typical Floor There Are 8 Residential Complexes For 80 Students And Common Rooms: Student Kitchens, Technical Rooms, And A Server Room. The Remaining Area Is Intended For General Circulation - Corridors And Staircase. On The Ground Floor There Are Rooms: A Concierge With Social Facilities, A Public Toilet, Linen And Equipment Stores, Social Rooms For Cleaning Staff, On The First Floor There Are Public Rooms: A Reading Room, A Tv Room. Horizontal Circulation System - 2 Corridors Along The Building, A Staircase And A Student Kitchen Between Them. The Staircase Is Fire-Safe Separated From The Corridors On The North And South Sides. In The Basement There Are Service And Technical Rooms For The Building, Such As: An Exchange Room, A Utility Warehouse For Various Purposes, And Connection Rooms: Gas, Water, Sewage, Electricity, And Telecommunications. The Planned Reconstruction Concerns Changes To The Arrangement Of Partition Walls And Building Elements Related To The Possibility Of Introducing Installations Into The Building: Punctures And Drilling. The Scope Of Structural Changes In The Building Concerns The Reconstruction Of Storey Ceilings Near The Staircase In Order To Introduce A Reinforced Concrete Elevator Shaft Into The Building. The Renovation Project Covers All Internal Finishing Elements And The Replacement Of External Windows And Doors. The Architectural Form Of The Building Does Not Change After The Reconstruction.
