The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Supply Of Copy Paper, Folders, Paper Items, Printed Works And Stationery For The Needs Of The Structures Of The Nhif, For A Period Of Two Years, As Follows: 1. Supply Of A4 Copy Paper, With An Estimated Quantity Of 54 386 Packages. 1.2. Delivery Of Copy Paper A3, With Estimated Quantity - 41 Packages. 1.3. Delivery Of Various Types Of Folders, Paper Items, Printed Works, As Well As Various Office Materials With Quantities And Characteristics Detailed In The Technical Requirements And Specifications - Appendix No. 1 To The Order Documentation. 2. The Delivered Copy Paper, Folders, Paper Articles, Printed Works And Office Materials Should Meet The European Requirements For Quality, Safety And Environmental Protection. For Items That Are Offered With A Warranty Period, It Cannot Be Less Than That Specified By Their Manufacturer. 3. When Making Deliveries, The Contractor Shall Deliver Copy Paper, Folders, Paper Items, Printed Works And Office Materials That Fully Comply With The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. 4. The Periodic Deliveries Of Copy Paper, Folders, Paper Items, Printed Works And Office Materials To The Addresses Of The Center Of The National Health Insurance Fund And The 28 Health Insurance Funds Are Carried Out After Prior Written Requests Have Been Made By The Contracting Authority. 5. After Receiving A Written Request From The Relevant Site Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Shall Deliver The Items In Packaging Suitable For Storage And Transport, With Transport Provided At His Own Expense. 6. The Contractor Should Deliver The Requested Quantities And Types Of Articles To The Contracting Authoritys Sites Within 24 /Twenty-Four/ Hours, Counted From The Moment Of Submission Of The Request By The Relevant Contracting Authoritys Site. 7. Complaints: 7.1. In The Event Of The Appearance Of A Hidden Factory Defect (With Proper Operation And Storage) Or Other Malfunction, The Contractor Undertakes, Within 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours After Notification By The Employer, To Send A Representative To Establish The Claim And Carry Out The Replacement Immediately . 7.2. In The Case Of A Claim For Quantitative Discrepancies And Visible Manufacturing Defects, Established With A Bilaterally Signed Protocol, The Contractor Shall Perform A Replacement Within 24 (Twenty-Four) Hours. 8. To Establish The Compliance Of The Offered Goods With The Technical Requirements And Specifications Of The Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 To The Documentation, A Description And/Or Catalog Materials And Color Photographic Material Of The Offered Items Shall Be Attached To The Technical Proposal, Or A Hyperlink (Link) To Website, Where Appropriate Prospectuses, Catalogs, Etc.
