Its Purpose Is To Rent Out Freely Financed And Publicly Subsidized Apartments, To Manage Residential And Commercial Properties In Teltow, To Carry Out Technical Inventory Management/Planning/Preparation And Implementation Of Construction Projects As A Builder, And To Lease Recreational Properties In Teltow. One Of The Current Construction Projects Is The Construction Of A New Service Building With A Harbor Masters Office And Restaurant. This Is To Be Built At Zeppelinufer 1 In 14513 Teltow With A Size Of Approx. 1,020 Square Meters. While The Harbor Masters Office Is To Be Located In The Basement, The Catering Area Is Planned For The Upper Floor. In Addition To An Indoor Area, The Catering Area Will Also Include An Outdoor/Roof Terrace Area. The Aim Of The Tender Is To Conclude A Contract With An Architectural Firm As The General Planner For This New Building. This Person Should Be Familiar With The Construction Of Corresponding Construction Projects, In Particular Port Buildings Or Objects Of Comparable Size Or Complexity, And Have Relevant Experience.
