The Municipality Of Magstadt Is Currently Planning The Second Construction Phase Of The Renovation Of The Johannes Kepler Community School In Magstadt And Has To Temporarily Relocate Classrooms To A Container Facility. The Construction Of These Classrooms Should Be Carried Out By A General Contractor Based On The Existing Planning Using A High-Quality Container Construction. The Planning And Service Description Take Into Account The System Openness For Different Modular Container Systems. The Bidder Must Offer The Client To Plan The Interim School Building Based On The Existing Planning And The Service Description, Build It On A Turnkey Basis And Dismantle It At The End Of The 24-Month Rental Period. The Client Also Has The Option To Purchase The Containers After The End Of The Rental Period At The Purchase Price To Be Offered By The Bidder, Against Which The Rent Paid Up To This Point Is Credited (Purchase Option).
