Tenders are invited for Replacement of 10" Pipeline Between A and B1 Manifolds. Al-Sarir Oil Operations Company intends to replace the existing 10-inch pipeline between A & B1 manifolds. Therefore, a new buried pipeline made of GRE material need to be constructed to connect the A-manifold and B1-mainfold. The approximate length of the pipeline is 5400 meters. The new GRE pipeline shall tie into the existing 10 pipeline downstream of the existing Scraper Launcher R-9110 located at A-manifold and upstream of the 20 Scraper Receiver L-91-10-B1 located at B1-manifold with the boundary of AS SARAH Station. The new 10 pipeline shall be designed for pigging service and expected working pressure of 17 bar-g. §Nominal pipe size: 10" §Length: approx. 5.4 km §Material: GRE §Design pressure: 40.1 barg §Design temperature: 120°C §Fluid: Crude Oil §Pipeline to be underground, almost 1m deep §Fiber Optic cable along the pipeline, using the same trench as the pipeline §Associated instrumentations. §Dismantling the existing 10 pipeline connection from both ends. The dismantling length of the existing buried 10 pipeline is approximately from 40 to 50 meter.
