Request for proposals are invited for Development of an Interactive Map Platform for a Waste Atlas of Palestine Submissions for this proposal are provided in one copy and placed within two sealed envelopes, separately for the Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal. The Consultant(s)/Firm(s) name and address must be clearly printed on each envelope, marked "Professional consulting services PHG/ECJP 2024" and delivered no later than 12:00pm on August 12, 2024. The envelopes should be addressed as follows: Tenders will be opened shortly thereafter at 12.30pm. The tenderer or authorized representative may be present at the opening. Late tenders will not be considered in any circumstances. PHG reserves the right to cancel this TOR entirely or partially without defraying any cost incurred by Consultant(s)/Firm(s).
