Request for proposals are invited for Detailed Design, Bidding Documentation and Site Supervision for the Construction of Gravel Access Road from D3609 to lipandayamiti Clinic and School (3km). Cost: N$ 100 NOTE: The Request for Proposal (RFP) is limited to Small & Medium Scale Enterprise (SME) Consultants (i.e., annual average turnover for last 3 years between N$300,000 and NS lOMillion). No firm participating in the bids advertised in this advert will be considered for award of more than one project, i.e.. Each participating Consultant is only eligible to be awarded one project.
