Contract Administration and Site Supervision for the Construction of DR3501 Sibbinda - Makanga School -Agriculture Centre (4km). Cost: N$ 300 NOTE: The Request for Proposal (RFP) is limited to Small & Medium Scale Enterprise (SME) Consultants (i.e., annual average turnover for last 3 years between N$300,000 and NS lOMillion). No firm participating in the bids advertised in this advert will be considered for award of more than one project, i.e.. Each participating Consultant is only eligible to be awarded one project.
