Brzezińska No. 23 In Wrocław, Owned By The Ordering Party, Consisting In Restoring The Premises To Its Original Condition.2. The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular: • Securing The Construction Site During The Duration Of The Works, Until Their Completion And Final Acceptance, • Removal And Disposal Of Furniture, Equipment And Other Items Left By The Residents • Dismantling Of Architectural Profiles Installed In The Apartment • Dismantling Of Floors To The Level Of Cement Floors • Restoring The Water And Sewage Installation To Its Original Condition, Including Installing A Sink On A Cabinet, A Washbasin On A Cabinet, A Bathtub, Replacing The Toilet, Replacing And Refilling Faucets And Shut-Off Valves• Restoring The Electrical Installation To Its Original Condition• Installing An Electric Stove• Replacing Ventilation Grilles And Checking Patency Ventilation Ducts• Restoring The Structure Of The Apartment To Its Original Condition: Rebuilding The Missing Partition Wall• Replacing And Repairing Gypsum Plasters.• Painting The Walls And Ceilings White.• Replacing And Supplementing The Door Joinery 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Terms Of Execution Of The Order Are Included In Appendices To The Swz, I.E.: 1) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz 2) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwior) - Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz.3) Bill Of Quantities - Annex No. 1.2 To The Swz 4. The Residential Premises Will Be Inhabited By Tenants During Renovation5. Construction Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical Knowledge, Material Data Sheets And Investor Expectations.
