Reconstruction Of The Gas Boiler Room. The Gas Boiler Room Is Located In Building No. 1 Of The Social Welfare Home In Osiek (Palace From The 19Th Century), Which Is Located On The Ground Floor. The Reconstruction Of The Boiler Room Will Include: 1) Replacement Of The Heat Source: The Existing Boiler Will Be Dismantled And Three Wall-Mounted Condensing Boilers With A Total Power Of 273 Kw Will Be Installed, 2) Replacement Of The Entire Piping In The Boiler Room And Central Heating Pipes. And Domestic Hot Water From The Boiler Room To The Building Outlet, 3) Installation Of 3 Central Heating Circuits. And One Hot Water Heating Circuit, 4) Installation Of A Second Hot Water Heater, 5) Installation Of A Water Treatment Station For Boiler Purposes, 6) Reconstruction Of The Flue Gas System, 7) Reconstruction Of Gravity Ventilation Elements. Reconstruction Of The Existing Internal Gas Installation Will Include: 1) Disassembly Of A 275 Kw Gas Boiler, 2) Dismantling Sections Of The Gas Installation, 3) Construction Of A Pipeline To Connect The Planned 3 Gas Boilers, 4) Laying A Cable Supplying Kitchen Appliances Outside The Boiler Room.
