1. The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Administrative And Locker Room Building Korty Tenisowe Falenica At Ul. Lokalna 33 In Warsaw - In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 1 To The Swz And Attachments To This Description.2. The Task Is Co-Financed By A Grant From The Masovian Voivodeship Local Government.3. The Ordering Party Recommends That Contractors Carry Out An On-Site Visit And Carefully Check And Read The Documentation Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Attached Bills Of Quantities Are An Auxiliary Document For The Contractor.5. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, And Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent Described In The Tor And Annexes By Means Of Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 99 Section 5 And Art. 101 Of The Public Procurement Law. A Contractor Who Relies On Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party, And Equivalent Solutions Must Meet The Requirements In The Issued Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements.6. Employment Requirement Pursuant To Article 95(1) Of The Public Procurement Law, Social Clause. During The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor/Subcontractor Is Obliged To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, A Person/Persons Providing Work Related To The Performance Of Auxiliary Works In The Performance Of Demolition/Disassembly Works, With The Exception Of Work Performed By Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Construction Law (Details In Annex No. 5 To Swz - Contract Template).
