The Platforms In Use Are E.G. Feedback Processing System Both As A Desktop Version And As An Application, Telephone Service, E-Mail, Chatbot. Co. The Service Includes Customer Service Telephone On-Call Work And Voicemail Decoding Work, Technical Advice Customer Support And Customer Service Work On Different Platforms. Technical Support Answers Questions About The Operation Of Yle Areena, Yle Id, Yle Application And Other Yle Services And Offers Guidance In Technical Problems And Malfunctions. The Anticipated Estimate Of The Amount Of Customer Service Work And Technical Advice During One Year Is Two (2) Person-Years (Htv), The Estimated Amount Of Work Is 37 Hours/Week. The Estimate Includes A Margin For Flexibility, And The Actual Need Will Be Specified Closer To The Beginning Of The Contract Period. Yle Does Not Commit To The Announced Quantities. The Final Need May Be Smaller Or Larger. The Goal Of The Contract Period Is To Start In The Fall Of 2024. The Contract Period Is Limited To Two (2) Years, After Which The Contract Will Continue Indefinitely.
