The Aim Of The Commission Is To Make The Portal Contemporary And Appealing And To Become Technically More Innovative And Interactive. The Contractor Has To Implement The Following Goals As Part Of Its Service Provision: - Increasing The Attractiveness And Awareness Of The Portal Among Small Companies, Cooperation Partners And Political Stakeholders - Optimizing The Information And Advice Offering And The Portal Through Customer-Oriented And More Interactive Development, For Example The Use Of Digital Tools And Technical Innovations - Improvement Of External And Internal Usability, Taking Into Account The En Iso 9241 Standard On Human-Computer Interaction, In Particular Part 10 Principles Of Dialogue Design And Part 11 Requirements For Usability - Promotion Of Cross-Cash Collaboration And Networking Ensuring Initial Bgf Advice And Further Support For Companies Interested In Implementing Bgf With The Help Of Digital Solutions - Making The Pilot And Signpost Function Between The Social Insurance Providers Visually Appealing And Aligning The Text More Closely With The Needs Of The Companies - Setting Up And Expansion Of (Digital) Health And Action Competence, I.E. The Empowerment Of The Target Group (Cf. Section 1.2 Target Group) To Find, Understand And Apply The Relevant Information In The Sense Of Helping People To Help Themselves - Ensuring Continuous Availability Of The Portal And Technically Smooth Operation - Avoiding Data Protection And It Security Incidents - Creating Largely Barrier-Free Access For The Target Group (See Section 1.2 Target Group) Of The Information And Advice Offer - Reduction Of The Bounce Rate / Bounce Rate - Consideration Of The Ecological Footprint When Programming And Hosting. In The Long Term, The Portal Must Become The Central Information, Dissemination And Networking Platform For Whp Of The Statutory Health Insurance Companies. In The Future, Those Seeking Advice Will Not Only Find Relevant Information On The Site About What Support Options The Health Insurance Companies Offer, But Also Materials To Promote Self-Help. Advice Must Be Quicker, Simpler And More Direct. In Addition To Personal Advice, Ai-Supported Systems Should Also Be Used To Quickly Clarify Questions And Concerns Of Those Seeking Advice And To Optimize Referrals To Other Responsible Social Insurance Providers If Necessary. The Platform Must Give The Bgf Specialist Advisors The Opportunity To Network With One Another In Order To Ensure Advice Or At Least Contact Within Two Working Days And, If The Company Needs It, To Provide Further Support
