Expression of Interest are invited for Comprehensive Institutional Review and Strategic Plan Development - ISEGP The Federal Republic of Somalia has received financing from the African Development Bank towards the cost of implementing the Institutional Support for Economic Governance Project (ISEGP) to strengthen domestic revenue mobilization, public expenditure management, and accountability for greater economic resilience in Somalia. The project has three components, namely: (i) enhancing domestic resource mobilization; (ii) improving public expenditure and debt management; and (iii) Strengthening capacity for project management. The Ministry of Finance thus intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to hire a consultancy firm to support conducting a comprehensive institutional and functional review and developing a five-year strategic plan in line with its mandate for the Ministry of Finance of the Federal Republic of Somalia Tender Link : https://www.afdb.org/en/projects-and-operations/procurement
