Prequalifications are invited for Provision for Street Lights/Electrification ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 1. Covering letter duly signed by companys authorized signatory(ies), including the area of specialization 2. Certificate of Incorporation/Registration with CAC 3. Companys audited account for 2021,2022 and 2023 4. Copy of Companys Tax Clearance for the last 3 years 5. Performance bond from a reputable financial institution 6. Evidence of registration with Lagos State Public Procurement Agency 7. Evidence of technical and financial capability to execute project and provide service 8. Evidence of previous job done with the government 9. Radio and Television license receipt (current year) 1. EOI/Pre-qualification submission must be in English only clear about area(s) of interest and competence of each category 2. Interested applicant must note that the Amuwo-Odofin Local Government reserve the right to verify claims made in pre-qualifications document submitted by them at any level 3. This pre-qualification exercise shall not be constructed as a commitment on the part of Amuwo-Odofin Local Government 4. The cost of this exercise will be the sole responsibility of the interested party (ies) to this invitation 5.
