The Action Plan has the primary objective to provide equitable, whnau focussed services for people living with Dementia Mate Wareware, their whnau and carers. The focus of the evaluation are components of objective two and four of the action plan: Objective Two aims to support people living with Dementia Mate Wareware and their family and whnau, and care partners/supporters to live their best possible lives. The main component to be evaluated is the Budget 2022 Dementia Mate Wareware Initiative services, 1 seven new services commissioned to deliver post diagnostic support, navigation, and respite to priority populations. Objective Four looks to strengthening leadership and capability across the sector. The main component of the objective being evaluated is the structure and function of the is the Dementia Mate Wareware Governance Ecosystem/ Te Pnaha Mana Whakahaere m te Mate Wareware.
