Work will include full removal of suspended ceilings for access and inspection and associated work to roof flashings, rooflights, extractors and rainwater elements. Consequential works will include the replacement of the rooflight flashings and repairs to interior linings and finishes, rebuilding the complex roof/wall junction over the entrance hallway above the extractor.
