New vented metal & membrane roofing systems installed over. Partial exterior cladding & joinery replacement. Cladding replacement includes removal of asbestos. Demolition of Classroom B2 Mould decontamination works including cleaning or removal and replacement of interior absorbent linings. Interior lighting upgrades Fire safety upgrades including emergency lighting work, upgrades to fire exit signage, door hardware upgrades, fire rating of library mezzanine stairs and new fire wall / fire cell installation.
