The Subject Of The Order Is: Execution Of Construction And Demolition Works And Planting Greenery As Part Of The Task Entitled: Zbo 2024 - Stage I - Improving The Image Of The Area Near The Intersection Of Ul. Hermisza From Ul. Gdańska (Around The Fox Store) And Along Ul. Gdańsk - Application P0015. The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: Construction Of: - A 3.0 M Wide Pedestrian Route Running Diagonally Across The Development Area; - Concrete Benches Are Planned To Be Placed In A Circle In The Middle Of The Route; - At The Edge Of The Road At Ul. Hermisza, 4 Perpendicular Parking Spaces Were Designed (3 Regular, 1 For Disabled People); - At The Edge Of The Road At Ul. Hermisza, The Plan Was To Replace The Bituminous Sidewalk With A Pavement Made Of Cobblestones; - 2 Green Islands Were Created For Planting Greenery; - At The Edge Of The Road At Ul. Gdańska Street Will Be Adjusted To The Height Of The Existing Sidewalk In Order To Eliminate The Lowered Curb (Elimination Of Direct Access To The Store And Pharmacy); The Scope Of The Task Includes, Among Others: The Following Works: - Marking Out Land Development Elements; - Demolition Of Existing Concrete And Bitumen Sidewalks; - Demolition Of Road Curbs And Sidewalk Edges; - Construction Of Curbs To Frame Parking Spaces; - Construction Of Sidewalk Edges To Frame Pedestrian Routes; - Construction Of Bases For Sidewalks And Parking Spaces; - Making The Surface Of Parking Spaces From Red Concrete Cubes; - Making Sidewalks From Gray Concrete Cubes; - Placing Elements Of Park Equipment; Concrete Benches, Concrete Baskets, Bicycle Racks; - Planting Individual Trees And Shrubs On Green Areas. The Scope Of The Task Also Includes: A) Organization Of The Construction Site And Facilities (Social And Warehouse), B) Development Of A Bioz Plan, C) Securing The Construction Site And Ensuring The Safety Of Third Parties And Ensuring The Technical Condition And Correct Marking Of The Construction Site Throughout The Duration Of The Task, D) Having A Valid Civil Liability Insurance Policy In The Field Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For An Amount Not Less Than Pln 100,000.00 Per One And All Events Throughout The Entire Period Of Task Implementation, E) Obtaining The Required Permits, Carrying Out The Required Tests, Examinations, Measurements And Acceptances With The Payment Of Appropriate Fees, F) Surveying Services From The First Marking Out To The Preparation Of An As-Built Surveying Report With Marking On Maps In The Geodetic Resource, G) Removal Of Demolition Materials To The Place Of Their Storage And Disposal, Along With Payment Of The Required Fees.
