The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Location Of A Sanitary And Technical Container With Equipment; 2) Construction Of An External Water Supply System To Supply The Container With Water From An Existing Deep Well; 3) Construction Of An External Water Supply System To Supply The Internal Hydrant Installation; 4) Construction Of An Installation For Discharging Domestic Sewage From The Container To A Closed Sewage Tank Together With The Construction Of The Tank;5) Construction Of A Water Reserve Tank For Spraying Waste Together With An Underground Pump Chamber;6) Construction Of A Cable Power Installation, Powering And Controlling The Submersible Pump.3. The Detailed Scope And Method Of Performing The Works Covered By The Order Are Presented In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz In: 1) Annex No. 9, I.E. Bill Of Quantities/Offer Cost Estimate; 2) Annex No. 11, I.E. Confirmation Of The On-Site Visit, 3) Annex No. 12, I.E. Design Land Development In Terms Of The Container And Installations;4) Annex No. 13, I.E. Architectural And Construction Design;5) Annex No. 14, I.E. Technical Design For The Construction Industry;6) Annex No. 15, I.E. Technical Design For The Sanitary Industry;7) Annex No. 16, I.E. Technical Design For The Electrical Industry;8) Annex No. 17, I.E. Technological Design;9) Annex No. 18, I.E. Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works;10) Annex No. 19, I.E. Decision On The Construction Permit.4. Moreover, The Construction Works Covered By The Contract Are To Be Performed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical Conditions And The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Construction Art, And The Completed Facility Must Meet All Conditions Guaranteeing Its Use In Accordance With The Purpose It Is To Serve.5. At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure, Contractors Are Obliged To Thoroughly Familiarize Themselves With The Swz, Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Construction Site In Order To Submit Any Questions And Comments Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers And Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of The Task.6.
