The Real Estate Investment Project Includes The Acquisition Of Consulting, Management, Site Management And Work Supervision Services For The Real Estate Investment Project: Intervention Work At Pavilion C In Barracks 1091 Bucharest - Premises No. 1 Project Code: 2019-C/I -1091 Having The Minimum Obligations: - The Consultant/Supervisor Will Comply With All Obligations Arising From The Application Of Decision No. 1/2018 For The Approval Of The General And Specific Conditions For Certain Categories Of Purchase Contracts Related To Investment Objectives Financed From Public Funds, As The Works Contract Was Concluded Based On H.G. No. 1/2018. - The Consultant/Supervisor Will Ensure And Comply With All The Obligations Arising From The Application Of Order M 151/2017 For The Approval Of The Instructions Regarding The Achievement Of Investment Objectives, The Reception Of Constructions And The Establishment Of The Final Value Of Construction Works, Included In The Investment Program Of The Ministry Of National Defense With All Subsequent Amendments And Additions. It Will Also Have The Attributions And Prepare The Documents Specified In Art. 44 Of Order M 151/2017. - The Consultant/Supervisor Will Calculate/Approve The Aid According To The Contractual Clauses In The Execution Contract And In Case Of Legislative Changes. - The Appointment Of Site Managers Will Comply With The Legal Provisions Of Art. 43 And Art. 50 Of Order 1496/2011 Of The Minister Of Regional Development And Tourism, For The Approval Of The Authorization Procedure For Site Managers. Managers Nominated By The Provider Within A Project Who Do Not Comply With This Requirement Will Not Be Accepted As Part Of The Specialized Staff.
