Engineering Design Services For The Construction Of Civil Engineering Works – Simple Electrification Of The Line Olomouc - Moravský Beroun - (Krnov). The Subject Of The Performance Is The Processing Of The Project Plan (Zp) With Accompanying Documentation (Dd) And Documentation For A Joint Permit According To The Line Act (Dusl) Of The Construction According To The Terms Of The Contract, Securing The Complete Document Part, Processing And Submitting An Application For The Issuance Of A Project Permit According To The Relevant Provision Of Act No. 283/2021 Coll., Building Act, As Amended, Including All Required Documents, The Result Of Which Will Be The Issuance Of A Project Permit (Construction Or Equipment Permit) And Cooperation In The Issuance Of Relevant Decisions Until They Become Legally Binding. The Subject Of The Performance Is Also The Performance Of The Designers Supervision During The Preparation Of The Project Documentation For The Execution Of The Construction (Pdps). The Documentation At The Dusl Level Will Be Processed In Accordance With The Breakdown And Scope Of Annex No. 1 Of Decree No. 583/2020 Coll., Which Sets Out The Details Of The Content Of The Documentation For Issuing A Joint Permit For Transport Infrastructure Constructions, As Amended (Hereinafter Decree No. 583/2020 Coll.), As Documentation For The Issuance Of Planning Permission. For The Purposes Of Discussion, Especially Within The Framework Of The Railways Administration, A State Organization (Hereinafter Referred To As Sž), The Contractor Will Use Annex P4 Of The Sž Directive Sm011, Construction Documentation Of The Railways Administration, A State Organization (Hereinafter Referred To As Sž Sm011) To Process This Documentation. The Intention Of The Project Will Be Processed Within The Scope Of The Rules For Procedures During The Preparation Of Investment And Non-Investment Actions Of Transport Infrastructure, Financed Without The Participation Of The State Budget, File No. Md-41709/2023-910/2 Issued In December 2023. Part Of The Contract Is Also Provision Of An Assessment Of The Impact Of The Project On The Environment In The Sense Of Act. No. 100/2001 Coll., On Environmental Impact Assessment, As Amended. Reserved Change Of The Obligation From The Contract Part Of The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Also Processing Of Eia Documentation (Item No. 15 Of Appendix No. 4 Of The Additional Services Agreement). As A Change To The Obligation From The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 100, Paragraph 1 Of The Zzvz, The Client Reserves The Possibility To Narrow The Scope Of The Subject Of Performance By Providing Processing Of Eia Documentation In The Event That The Processing Of Part Of The Work Will Not Be Necessary For The Completion Of The Contract. The Price For Processing The Eia Documentation Will Be Included In The Bid Price. In The Event That A Reservation Is Applied, The Contractor Will Only Be Reimbursed For The Actual Scope Of The Subject Of Performance. The Scope Of Performance That Will Not Be Implemented Is Not Included In The Limits For Changes According To § 222 Zzvz. The Expected Scope Of Performance, Which Is A Reserved Change To The Obligation, And The More Detailed Conditions Of The Reservation Are Defined In The Terms Of The Work Contract. A More Detailed Specification Of The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Provided In Other Parts Of The Procurement Documentation.
