The Agreement resulting from this RFQ will be a BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA) that will allow for a fixed price Purchase Orders to be issued up to the ceiling value of the BPA in support of the Basic Education Activity funded under USAID Cooperative Agreement No. 72029423CA00011. All quotations are due by the date and time stated above. Any quotation received after the required time and date specified for receipt shall be considered late and non-responsive.
