Tenders are invited for Development of Water Supply System with 18 years O&M, at Tanakpur, in Uttarakhand The Bidders will pay a nonrefundable Bid Document fee of INR 25,000/- + GST For the above or other contracts executed during the period stipulated in 1.4.1, a minimum experience is required in the following key activities: a) Design, Providing, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of at least one Water Supply system, including Distribution Network, appurtenant works, of minimum thirty (30) Km length, in the last seven (7) years, in a single contract OR Providing, laying, jointing, testing, and commissioning of at least one Water Supply system, including Distribution Network, appurtenant works, of minimum thirty (30) Km length, in the last seven (7) years, in a single contract b) Construction, commissioning of 200 m deep tube well of 300 mm dia, one (1) number in the last seven (7) years, in a single contract. c) Construction, commissioning of 1000 KL Over Head Tank (OHT) - one (1) number in the last seven (7) years, in a single contract. d) Provision of at least three thousand two hundred (3200) water Supply house service connections in the last seven (7) years, in a single contract. e) Design, construction, including Installation, testing commissioning of PLC based centralized SCADA system of; one (1) Water supply scheme of minimum thirty (30) Km, length in the last seven (7) years, in a single contract. f) Operating, maintaining of one (1) water supply scheme having a minimum of thirty (30) Km length for a minimum period of two (2) years over the last seven (7) years, in a single contract. (iii) All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document and shall have to be valid for twenty-eight (28) days beyond the validity of the bid. Procedure for submission of bid security is described in 7 (iv). (iv) The Bidder shall furnish a Bid Security using the instruments specified in ITB 19.3 (Section 1) and submit it online, two (2) days before the bid submission deadline given in point 7 (ii) above.
