Request for proposals are invited for Provision and Delivery of Furniture and Educational Materials to Ten Schools (2 Schools in Dohuk and 8 Schools in Diyala) Important Notes: Only one bid will be received from each company, and in the case of re-announcement a second time a new bid will not be received from the same company. Financial bids must be sealed in separate envelopes. Offers transmitted in any other manner or offers received after the deadline date and time will not be considered. All responses will be opened by the Islamic Relief Worldwide Iraq Procurement Committee and all Bidders will be notified of the results. All bids must be in IQD, any other bid using another currency will not be accepted, The IRW Iraq will not be responsible for any extra costs due to IQD or USD exchange rate. The bidder must authenticate (by companys stamp) on all tender documents that are stamped by the Islamic Relief Worldwide Iraq Office and fill the price well and clearly in Iraqi dinar. The bidder must submit the companys supporting documents (company registration documents, experience, Bank Account information, Company Location, etc.) Islamic Relief Worldwide pays all the dues to the contracting company within One month (30 Working Days) from the date of the completion of the full delivery of the materials. The payment will be through a bank transfer to the company bank account. The bidder is not allowed to alter the unit price until the contract expiration date without any additional charges for transportation or other reasons. Bid quotations shall be valid for (90) ninety days from the date of submitting the bid. Providing workers to unload the materials at the site agreed upon with the International Islamic Relief Worldwide Iraq (delivering the materials to 8 schools in Diyala Governorate - and 2 schools in Dohuk Governorate, according to the team s plan).
