The chosen name of Whakatupu Ngaengae reflects the re-growth of the area. There are three components that make up this programme of investment: (1) Naenae Pool & Fitness Centre, (2) Te Mako - Naenae Community Centre (now open) and (3) the creation of a playful landscape in the North-East corner of Walter Mildenhall Park (this project). We are seeking registrations of interest from experienced landscape contractors. Works include both hard and soft landscaping to an area of the park approximately 8,700m2. We expect to short-list from registrations only those suppliers that meet the requirements and have the capability and capacity to complete the works.
