Tenders Are Invited For Muonio Daycare-Preschool Project, Construction Work

The Municipality Of Muonio Has Decided To Build A New Daycare Center As Its Own Project. Hvac Contracts Are Tendered As Separate Contracts. The Municipality Acts As The Main Implementer And Main Contractor Of The Project In Accordance With The Law. The Municipality Is Requesting Bids For Two Two-Person Construction Professional Groups (Total Of Four Persons) In Accordance With This Call For Bids. The Offer Can Offer One Work Group Of Two People, Or Two Work Groups Of Two People. The Customer Has The Right To Accept Two Different Suppliers, If This Leads To The Most Economically Advantageous Solution. The Offered Hourly Price Must Include Everything (Travel, Accommodation, Tools, Etc.). The Work Includes The Following Steps: Masonry Of Block Foundations, Sub-Slab Structures On The Ground (Incl. Slab), Erection Of The Wooden Frame (Incl. Wind Protection, Paneling, Insulation, Plasterboard), Installation Of The Wooden Upper Floor (Roof Trusses, Raw Pontoon Planking, Base Felt, Wind Control Panels And Walkways, Fire Insulation Of The Lower Rafters, Plasterboard ), Installation Of Windows, Erection Of Partition Walls (Including Sheeting). According To The Preliminary Estimate, The Work Will Last Approx. 5.5 Months. Attached To The Tender Request Is A Preliminary General Schedule. The Work Is Primarily Done Mon-Thurs From 7-15:30 And Fri 7-13:45. It Is Possible That On Some Days There Is No Work To Be Done On The Site, The Customer Is Not Obliged To Compensate The Contractor For These Days. The Working Language Is Finnish And The Persons To Be Appointed Must Speak Fluent Finnish And Be Able To Read Drawings And Work Instructions In Finnish.
