Langara College Through This Negotiated Request For Proposal (Nrfp), Is Seeking To Identify And Select Qualified Vendor(S) To:• Supply Qualified It Contractors And Permanent Placement Candidates Based On A Thorough Understanding Of The College’S Needs.• Provide A Variety Of Sourcing Strategies, Including Candidate Identification, Candidate Evaluations And The Ability To Change The Sourcing Strategy As Required In Response To Langara College’S Business Changes And Expectations.• Provide Assessments Including Screening Interviews, In-Depth Personal Interviews, References, Skill, Knowledge And Competency Assessment Tools (Including In-House And External Tests Or Assessment If And When Applicable); And• Provide Complete Detailed Documentation And Communication Of The Process, Findings, Recommendations And Estimated Costs And Expenses.
