Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Manufacture, Delivery And Assembly Of Custom-Made Office Furniture At The Property In Pisz At Al. J. Piłsudskiego 15A/1 (Ground Floor). The Execution Of The Order Is Divided Into Several Stages: 1) Design - Preparation Of Visualization, Detailed Design 2) Acceptance By The Ordering Party Of Samples Of Materials From Which The Furniture And Furniture Are To Be Made, As Well As Visualization 3) Manufacturing Of Furniture 4) Assembly Of Furniture Before Before Starting The Implementation, The Contractor Must Obtain Written Approval Of The Furniture Design. Implementation Conditions: The Services Specified In The Subject Of The Order Will Be Carried Out In A Newly Renovated Facility, In Turnkey Rooms. Measurements, Deliveries And Assembly Will Be Possible After Prior Arrangement Of The Date And Time With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Organize The Work In Such A Way As Not To Damage The Wall And Floor Finishing Elements That Are Within The Warranty Period. The Measurements May Take Place Before Submitting The Offer Or After Signing The Contract. Each Time, After Completing The Work, The Contractor Is Obliged To Leave The Installation Site In A Non-Deteriorated And Tidy Condition. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make His Own Visualization Of The Built-In Furniture Within 10 Working Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. In Each Of The Mentioned Rooms. The Visualizations Prepared By The Contractor Will Include A Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Updated With: 1) Independent Dimensions Of The Places Intended For Development And Adaptation Of The Planned Development To The Updated Dimensions And Technical Conditions For The Construction Of Furniture Proposed By The Contractor, 2) Samples Of Materials Or A Pattern With The Proposed Colors Of Materials And Finishing Accessories (Fitting Handles, Positioners, Etc.) From Which The Subject Of The Order Will Be Made. The Contractor Will Inform The Ordering Party About The Date Of Delivery And Partial Or Final Assembly Via E-Mail, Within 3 Calendar Days Before The Planned Delivery Date - Through The Persons Designated For Supervision Over The Proper Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. Detailed Description Of The Order And Weather Drawings - Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
