The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Works Related To The Inspection, Maintenance, Repair And Cleaning Of Sets Of Pre-Treatment Devices (Separators And Settling Tanks) Installed In The Municipal Stormwater Sewage System (According To The List Of Pre-Treatment Devices - Annex No. 1 To Swz) And The Collection And Disposal Of Waste Classified As Dangerous. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes Works Ordered By Necessity Protocols: 1) Inspections Of Sets Of Pre-Treatment Devices, Including: A) Access Of The Service Team, B) Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of Manholes, C) Control Of The Amount Of Sludge And Sediment, D) Tidying Up The Area Around The Separator And Settling Tank/ E) Photographic Documentation Specifying The Location, Technical Condition Of Covers/Manholes, Grates, Device Elements (Partitions, Filter Cartridges/Packages), Etc., And Their Contents, F) Preparation Of Documents Related To The Inspection Of Devices, 2) Cleaning Of Sets Of Pre-Treatment Devices, Incl. Including: A) Arrival Of The Service Team With A Slurry Tanker With Water Recycling, B) Pumping Out Sewage, Hazardous Sludge, Oils And Other Waste From Individual Devices And Settling Tanks (It Is Assumed That Separators And Settling Tanks Will Be Cleaned At Least Once A Year Or When Necessary) Including Removal Of Waste For Neutralization (At The Contractors Expense), C) Cleaning The Walls And Partitions Of Pre-Cleaning Devices, D) Removing The Louvre Sections, Filter Cartridges/Packages And Cleaning Them, E) Cleaning The Inlet/Outlet Terminals, F) Optical Assessment Of The Technical Condition Of The Coating Internal Separator/Settler, G) Checking The Flow Patency (Inlet-Outlet), H) Checking The Technical Condition And Maintenance Of The Components Of The Separator And Settling Tank, Including: Overflow Partition, Lamella Section, Filter Inserts/Packages, Float Valve, Inlet/Settler Connections Drain, Deflectors, Etc.
