The Duration Of The Provision Of Services Is A Maximum Of 144 Months, Starting From The Date Of Issuing The Order To Start The Activities And Extends Throughout The Duration Of The Execution Of The Works Related To The Respective Objective, According To The Works Contract Concluded By The Municipality Of Bucharest As Follows: - The Period Allocated To The Supervision Services For The Design And Obtaining All The Approvals/Agreements/Authorizations Necessary To Authorize The Execution Of The Works Is 4 Months; - 20 Months For The Execution Period Of The Works; - Maximum 120 Months - The Duration Of The Guarantee Period From The Signing Of The Acceptance Minutes To The Completion Of The Works Until The Final Reception + Any Additional Duration That May Arise By Adding A Contractual Term.
