Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Awarding Of Planning And Construction Services For The New Building Of The Friedrich Münch Daycare Center. Stadtbau Mühlacker Gmbh Is Planning To Build A New Six-Group Daycare Center On Friedrich-Münch-Str. 35 In Mühlacker-Lienzingen (Hereinafter: Friedrich-Münch-Kita). This Award Procedure Serves To Commission A General Contractor To Provide All The Planning Services Still Required, Taking Into Account The Service And Interface Description, The Construction Descriptions And The Already Available Planning Documents/Expert Reports, And The Subsequent Construction Services Required For The Turnkey Construction Of The Friedrich-Münch-Kita, Including The Construction Of The Outdoor Facilities Including The Outdoor Play Area And Associated Bicycle And Car Parking Spaces. The Friedrich-Münch-Kita Is Planned As A Six-Group Facility For Around 125 Children In 2 All-Day Groups, Three Vö Groups And A Crèche Group (U3). The New Building Will Be Two-Story In Order To Both Fulfill The Building Program And Provide Sufficient Outdoor Space On The Property. The Total Area To Be Planned For The Outdoor Facilities Is Approx. 2,000 To 2,200 Square Meters. An Elevator Directly Connected To The Entrance Area Ensures Barrier-Free Access To The Upper Floor. The Building Should Not Have A Basement. In Order To Keep The Co2 Footprint Of The New Building Low And To Remain Structurally Economical With Large Spans, The Building Can Be Designed In Hybrid Construction In Addition To Conventional Construction. The Builder Is Open To The Use Of Recycled Material (E.G. Recycled Concrete), As Well As Modular Or Serial Construction Methods. The Construction Of The External Facade With A Dismantling System Is Desirable. As Part Of The New Building, The Adjacent Parking Lot At The Lienzingen Gym And Festival Hall Will Be Reorganized By The City Of Mühlacker. Access To The Friedrich-Münch-Kita Continues To Be Along The Gymnasium And Festival Hall. These Services Are Not Part Of The Contract To Be Awarded. The Outdoor Play Area Of The Daycare Center Should Be Divided Into Different Areas For Those Over Three Years Old In The Middle And Northern Part Of The Property And For Those Under Three Years Old In The Southern Part Of The Property. The Play Equipment And Areas To Be Planned There Must Each Have Age-Appropriate Equipment. Existing Trees As Well As Newly Planned Trees And Awnings Should Provide Summer Shading For The Outdoor Areas. The Balcony Is To Be Designed As An Escape And Play Balcony And Has Summer Shading Options. The Friedrich Münch Daycare Center Should Be Completed As Quickly As Possible. The Future Contractor Must Provide All Planning, Control, Coordination And Construction Services That Are Necessary To Provide The Contractual Service.
