The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation, Installation, Configuration, Implementation, Production Launch And Provision Of Warranty Services For The Platform Of The Interdisciplinary Pomeranian Digital Medicine Center (Ip_Cmc). Purchase Carried Out As Part Of The Project: Interdisciplinary Pomeranian Digital Medicine Center (Ip_Cmc) Financed By The Medical Research Agency (Contract No.: 2023/Abm/02/00018). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Matter, Scope And Method Of Implementation As Well As Provisions Regarding The Performance Of Obligations Relating To This Order Are Described In Annex No. 3 - Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Order And Annex No. 4 - Draft Contract To This Specification Of Terms Of Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Tor. 3. The Order Consists Of A Basic Order, The Provision Of Warranty And Technical Assistance Services And An Order Covered By An Option Described In Detail In Annex No. 3 - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Annex No. 4 - Draft Contract To This Specification Of Terms Of Order, Hereinafter Referred To As The Swz. The Ordering Party May Exercise The Option Right In Whole Or In Part, Once Or Repeatedly, Until The Pool Of Man-Hours Is Exhausted. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party If The Ordering Party Does Not Exercise The Option Right Or Only Partially Exercises It. The Execution Of The Order Covered By The Option Is The Sole Right Of The Ordering Party. 4. The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Materials And Equipment Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, Must Comply With All Applicable Standards And Have Certificates Authorizing Marketing And Use, If Required. 5. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Carefully Read The Content Of All Documents Constituting The Tender Documentation, Which Should Be Read Together With Any Modifications And Changes Made By The Ordering Party During The Proceedings. 6. Order Completion Date - A Maximum Of 47 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, Including: A) Production, Installation, Configuration, Implementation, Production Launch - A Maximum Of 11 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, B) Provision Of Warranty Services - 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Protocol Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, C) Provision Of Technical Assistance Services - 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract. 7. Detailed Information Regarding The Dates And Stages Of Order Implementation Is Included In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
