1. The Investment Task Includes The Reconstruction Of The Internal Municipal Road, Section 12/2, Kwietniewo District In The Town Of Dymnik. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Planned Section Of An Internal Municipal Road Based On The Attached Design Documentation, Including: Such As: Preparatory Works, Earthworks, Construction Of Road Substructure, Roadsides, Finishing Works, Renovation Of Ditches, Reconstruction Of Exits, Road Marking For The Duration Of The Works In Accordance With The Design.3. The Area Is Within A Conservation Area. The Ordering Party Obtained Conservation Permits To Carry Out The Works. The Provisions Of The Permit Of July 10, 2024 Must Be Strictly Complied With4. The Work May Not Result In Partial Or Temporary Closure. Works On The Road Must Be Carried Out With Full Passability For Passenger Vehicles And Large Agricultural Equipment. No Alternative Access. The Contractor Must Use The Entire Width Of The Road To Allow Passage For Residents And Other Road Users.5. The Investment Is Carried Out As Part Of The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts For Organizational, Technical, Economic And Expediency Reasons. Dividing The Contract Into Parts Would Pose A Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Increased Costs Of Contract Execution. The Subject Of The Order Is One Task Submitted For Co-Financing From External Funds Under The Government Program For The Reconstruction Of Monuments. If The Order Is Divided Into Parts, Failure To Select A Contractor For One Part Of The Order Would Result In The Loss Of Funding For The Entire Task. In These Proceedings, The Contractor May Submit One Offer For The Entire Task.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Or Offers In The Form Of Electronic Catalogues.8.
