The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Sewage System, Cold Water Installation, Oligocene Water And Toilets Located At Staircase E In The Building Of The Ministry Of Climate And Environment. The Scope Of Construction Works, Including Installations And Equipment, Includes Works In The E Section And In Three Additional Bathrooms No. 563, 575, 577 - Section 3 (According To The Numbering Of Rooms From Cost Estimates). The Subject Of The Contract Does Not Include Works In The A Riser In Accordance With The Attached Documentation: 1) Replacement Of Sewage Risers; 2) Replacement Of Cold Water Risers; 3) Construction Of Approaches For Hot Utility Water; 4) Change In The Arrangement Of Rooms And Toilet Cabins; 5) Replacement Of Ceramic Wall Tiles And Floors, Including Preparatory Work;6) Replacement Of Bathroom Equipment And Accessories;7) Making The Necessary Ceiling Depressions And Making Partition Walls From Plasterboards;8) Replacing Lighting Fixtures;9) Replacing Radiators;10) Replacing Window Sills;11) Replacing Doors Along With Door Frames;12) Replacement Of Electrical Installations In Bathrooms.3.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Is A Contract Template Along With Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, As Well As A Description Of Equivalence Parameters For Materials Where Proper Names Were Used In The Design Documentation.
