1. Part 1 Of The Order - Renovation And Construction Works Covering The Building Of The Former Synagogue In Krynki1.1. Part 1 Of The Order Provides For: 1) Restoration Of The Authentic Appearance Of The Interior Elements Of The Synagogue, Among Others. Uncovering The Internal Walls And Ceiling Covered With Panels In Order To Partially Expose And Renovate Architectural Details From The Time Of The Temples Construction,2) Replacing The Terrazzo Floors Made In The 1990S With New Ones Referring To The Style And Colors Characteristic Of This Monument,3) Demolition And Reconstruction Of Part Partition Walls Created In The 1960S During Works Related To The Adaptation Of The Building, 4) Replacement Of Window Frames, 5) Replacement Of Internal And External Doors, 6) Facade Works Within Window And Door Openings, 7) Installation And Construction Works Including Adapting The Facility For Use As Well As Enabling The Display Of Cultural Elements And Intangible Heritage, Including: - Modernization Of The Stage Built In The 1960S For The Needs Of The Municipal Cultural Center And The Cinema - Replacement Of The Electrical Installation, Including Replacement Of The Lighting And Stage Sound Systems, - Replacement Of The Furnace, Central Heating And Water And Sewage Installations, - Construction Of A Mechanical Ventilation System, - Installation Of A Picture Hanging System, 8) Renovation Of Sanitary Facilities, 9) Renovation And Reconstruction Of Utility Rooms. Moreover, As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 10) Notify The Employer Or The Supervision Inspector About The Commencement And Completion Date Of Construction Works No Later Than 20 Days Before The Commencement Of Construction Works. 11) To Conduct Archaeological Research During Earthworks Related To The Scope Of The Investment In The Form Of Archaeological Supervision After Obtaining A Conservation Permit To Conduct This Research In Accordance With Art. 36 Section 5 Of The Act Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection And Care Of Monuments (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 840, As Amended).12) Immediate Notification Of The Employer Or The Supervision Inspector About Threats And New Circumstances Revealed During Construction Works. 13) Leave The Window Joinery In Situ, Which May Possibly Be Discovered During The Installation Of Blends In The Interior Of The Great Hall, In The Places Of The Former Window Openings On The South-West And North-East Walls, And Notify The Ordering Party Or The Supervision Inspector. The Following Should Be Taken Into Account: 14) The Color Scheme Of The Entire Window Joinery Will Be Determined By A Conservation Commission With The Participation Of The Podlasie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Not Earlier Than After All The Above-Mentioned Blends Have Been Completed And The Presence Of Joinery Has Been Determined.15) The Color Of The Floor Of The Ceiling Beams, Lighting Fixtures, Switches And Contacts In The Prayer Room Of The Great Synagogue Will Be Dete
