The List Of Energy Consumption Points And Individual Payers Is Included In Annex No. 8 To The Swz - List Of Facilities Of The Commune And City Of Nisko And Subordinate Organizational Units Supplied With Electricity.3. The Ordering Party Informs That It Has Concluded Distribution Agreements Covering The Entire Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Agreement. 4. Electricity Is Sold Through The Distribution Network Belonging To The Distribution System Operator (Hereinafter Referred To As Dso), I.E. Pge Dystrybucja S.A. Rzeszów Branch To Which The Ordering Partys Facilities Are Connected. The Conditions For The Provision Of Distribution Services Are Specified In A Separate Distribution Agreement Concluded With The Dso.5.
