Tenders Are Invited For Successive Supplies Of Propane-Butane Gas In The Liquid Phase Along With The Lending Of A Gas Storage Installation For The Needs Of The Kikity Branch Of The Prison Service Training Center In Popowo

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Propane-Butane Gas In The Liquid Phase To The Kikity Branch Of The Prison Service Training Center In Popowo. The Estimated Quantity Of Propane-Butane Gas Ordered Is 200,000 Liters. 2. During The Execution Of The Contract, Propane-Butane Gas Will Be Collected Successively, Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party. The Quantity Of Ordered Gas May Be Smaller Than The Estimated Quantity, Depending On Weather Conditions, And The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase No Less Than 50% Of The Planned Quantity Of Propane-Butane Gas.3. The Supplied Propane-Butane Gas Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-C 96008:1998 Standard Or Equivalent.4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Construct And Lend To The Ordering Party A Complete Gas Storage Installation, I.E. 3 Tanks With A Capacity Of 6,400 Dm3 To 6,700 Dm3 Each, Along With Fittings And Devices Necessary For Proper Operation In Accordance With Their Intended Purpose. 5. Supplies Of Propane-Butane Gas Will Be Carried Out Successively At The Companys Own Expense, With Its Own Transport, To Tanks Provided By The Contractor Located In: Kikity Branch Of The Prison Service Training Center In Popowo, Kikity 33, 11-311 Kolno, Voivodeship. Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship.6. Propane-Butane Gas Will Be Transported In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Propane-Butane Gas By Means Of Transport That Have: 1) A Valid Permit For The Transport Of Fuels, 2) Valid Certificates Of Legalization Of Measurement Indicators. 7. The Qualitative And Quantitative Acceptance Of The Gas Will Be Carried Out By The Ordering Partys Representative, In The Presence Of The Contractors Representative, After Delivery Of The Ordered Propane-Butane Gas, Unless The Contractors Representative Waives His Presence During The Acceptance. 8. The Proof Of Each Delivery Will Be A Written Confirmation Of Receipt Of The Goods Made By The Ordering Partys Representative.9. Due To The Continuous Operation Of The Unit During The Replacement Of The Gas Storage Installation, The Interruption In The Supply Of Propane-Butane Gas To The Facility Cannot Be Longer Than 12 Hours, With The Exception Of The Kitchen Building, To Which The Contractor Must Ensure A Continuous Supply Of Propane-Butane Gas For Catering Equipment. When Replacing The Gas Storage Installation, The Contractor Is Required To Provide Protocol Security At Its Own Expense And Without Additional Remuneration For The Propane-Butane Gas Remaining In The Ordering Partys Stock And Then Transfer It To New Tanks In A Protocol. 10. In The Event Of Termination Or Termination Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Dismantle And Accept The Gas Storage Installation At His Own Expense.
