The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Energy Services And The Implementation Of Energy-Saving Measures With The Aim Of Ensuring Lower Energy Consumption In The Clients Facilities Through The Use Of Modern Technologies. As Part Of The More Precisely Defined Energy Management Of The National Theater Complex In The Zd, The Client Requires A Set Of Appropriately Designed Energy-Saving Measures (Hereinafter Referred To As The Project Or Energy-Saving Project, Or Abbreviated As Eep) To Be Implemented By The Specified Deadline. By Implementing The Project, The Contracting Authority Intends To Reduce The Amount Of Purchased Electricity And Natural Gas Compared To The Initial State Defined In The Zd To An Extent That Will Enable 100% Co-Financing Of These Measures From The National Recovery Plan (Hereinafter Referred To As Npo) Through Call No. 12/2021 Of The National Environment Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Npžp). Considering The Impossibility Of Proposing A Precise Concept Of All Measures In The Short Time Frame That Was Defined For The Preparation Of The Application, The Contracting Authority Declared In The Request For Support A Plan To Find The Final Concept Of The Project Through The Design & Build Method. The Supplier, Who Will Be Selected In The Procurement Procedure, Will Be Obliged To Implement The Measures Including The Design Phase And Including Securing All Necessary Permits And Statements. The Content Of The Subject Public Contract Is Therefore The Provision Of Energy Services With A Guaranteed Result According To §10E, Paragraph 4 Of Act No. 406/2000 Coll., On Energy Management, As Amended, Consisting Of: A) Implementation Of Preliminary Activities; B) In The Processing Of The Necessary Project Documentation Prescribed By The Contracting Authority (Mandatory) And Any Other Energy-Saving Measures (Basic Measures) C) In Securing The Relevant Permits (Securing A New Water Permit For A New Way Of Using River Water, Securing A Change In The Permit For The Operation Of A Stationary Source Of Air Pollution, Connection Of The Newly Installed Electricity Source In The Distribution Network, Including The Processing Of The Electricity Production License On Behalf Of The Client, Or Others, If Necessary); D) In The Implementation Of Basic Measures; E) In The Processing Of Documentation Of The Actual Implementation Of Basic Measures; F) In The Development Of Operating Regulations For Newly Installed Equipment And Operator Training; G) In The Provision Of A Combined Service Of Energy Management, Maintenance And Service H) In The Provision Of A Guarantee For The Achievement Of Contractually Guaranteed Savings.
