The Contract Consists Of The Drafting Of Construction Projects Of A Diverse Nature, Including: -Renewal Of Railway Tracks, With Laying A New Track Or Repair And Conservation Of The Existing One. -Adaptation Of Infrastructure And Paving Of Docks And Esplanades, Consolidations, Preloads, Floating Beams, Raceways And Other Facilities For Unloading Equipment, Provisional And Definitive Pavements, Etc. -Urbanization Works That Include Earthworks, Execution Or Adaptation Of Roads And New Implementation Or Renewal Of Networks Of Facilities And Services (Water Supply, Electricity Supply, Stormwater, Sanitation, Communications, Fiber Optics, Etc.) -New Installation Or Renovation Of Port Elements (Fences, Bollards, Walkways, Pontoons, Etc.) -Modification/Repair Or Rehabilitation Of Exteriors Or Interiors In Buildings, Sheds And Warehouses. Load-Bearing Walls And Separators. -Reinforced And/Or Prestressed Concrete Structures (Tanks, Cisterns, Panels, Beam Structures) And Metal Structures Of Various Types (Canopies, Sheds, Etc.) -Other Actions Of The Same Nature In Response To The Needs Of The Apav Such As They May Be The Preparation Or Supervision Of Budgets, The Study Of Stability And Resistance Of An Existing Dock In Situations Of Exceptional Loads, Technical Supervision Of A Project Not Prepared By The Successful Bidder, Or The Design And Assessment Of A Geotechnical Campaign Prior To The Drafting Of A Construction Project. The Contract Will Contemplate Absolutely All The Activities Necessary For The Preparation Of Each Of The Projects That The Apav Entrusts To The Winning Company. This Contract Does Not Imply The Acquisition By The Port Authority Of Avilés Of A Commitment To Commission The Drafting Of All The Projects Of The Works Or Actions That It Will Carry Out In A Certain Period. The Port Authority Reserves The Right To Commission The Drafting Of Projects During The Term Of This Contract Through Other Contracting Files. The Company Awarded This Contract Will Be In Charge Of Drafting Those Projects That The Apav Entrusts To It Upon Express Written Request. In Particular, Large-Scale Projects Planned By The Apav, Or Those Whose Technical Design Difficulty Is High And/Or Very Specific In Its Opinion, Will Be Entrusted By The Apav To Specialist Writers Depending On Their Object Or Nature, Therefore Which It Is Estimated Will Not Be The Subject Of This Contract.
