rehabilitation Of Rokabrekka 27 . What Is Going On Here With Upgrades To Residential Buildings To Make Them More Fire-Safe And Adapt Them More To Todays Requirements For Housing. It Has Been Decided To Advertise The Upgrading Of This Residential Building In Rokabrekka, Øystese, As A Turnkey Project. It Will Not Be Possible To Make An Offer For Only Parts Of The Assignment. The Offer Must Also Be The Basis For Ordering The Upgrade Of Several Similar Houses As Additional Options In The Same Cluster/Apartment Building. The House Must Be Completely Renovated Inside, With New Electricity. Plant, New Drainage System, New Pressurized Gas System, New Balanced Ventilation, New Heating System, New Surfaces And New Interiors. The Washing Of The Flat Must Also Be Dealt With. The Project Is Financed With Its Own Upgrade Project For Joint Fire Protection Measures, As Well As A Grant From Enova For Energy Measures.
