The Objective Of This Tender Is To Provide The Accounting Services Of The Contracting Authority In An Optimal And Sustainable Manner. The Contracting Authority Wishes To Achieve This Goal Through A European Public Tender. This Procedure Was Chosen Because The Estimate Of This Assignment Falls Above The Threshold For European Tendering. The Goal Is To Enter Into An Agreement With A Certified Accountant For The Audit. In Addition, The Accountant Will Fulfill A Natural Advisory Function For The Supervisory Board, The Board Of Directors, The Finance, Bi And Control Manager And The Finance Coordinator Of Heliomare. The Aim Is To Conclude One Agreement For A Period Of 48 Months Plus One Optional Extension Of 36 Months, Starting With The Audit For The 2025 Financial Year. The Current Expenditure And The Estimate, Including A Funding Audit For The Audit Of The Annual Accounts, Amount To And The Above-Described Justifications, Subsidies And Project Controls Approximately € 375,000 Per Year (Including Vat). This Amount Does Not Include Any Further Consultancy Assignments.
