The Organization Of The Municipality Of Breda Consists Of A Number Of Departments Employing Approximately 3,000 People. The Majority Of These (Approximately 1,300) Work At The City Offices A And B At Claudius Prinsenlaan 10. The Other Employees Work At Various Outdoor Locations Such As District Posts, City Hall, Waste Service, Parade (City Archives), Sports Facilities And Temporary Locations Spread Across The City Of Breda (See Appendix Overview Of Locations In The Municipality Of Breda). All Locations Are Easily Accessible, Only At The Town Hall An Entrance Gate Must Be Taken Into Account (See Photo: Dimensions Of The Stadserf Gate). The Organization Of The Municipality Is Always Changing, And It Is Possible That The District Posts Will Move To 1 Collective Building In The Coming Contract Period. Lots This Assignment Is Not Divided Into Lots. Objective To Conclude A Framework Agreement With One Contracting Party For The Provision Of Moving Services For The Municipality Of Breda. This Framework Agreement Will Be Entered Into For A Period Of 2 Years. The Effective Date Of This Framework Agreement Is October 1, 2024. By Mutual Consent Of The Parties, The Client Has The Right To Extend This Framework Agreement Twice For 1 Year Under The Same Terms And Conditions. The Decision-Making Regarding This Extension(S) Is Based On An Evaluation Of The Performance Delivered. The Contracting Authority Awards The Contract To The Tenderer With The Economically Most Advantageous Tender (Emvi), Lowest Price Award Criterion. Maximum Contract Value The Maximum Contract Value In The Context Of This Framework Agreement Is Set At € 350,000 (Excluding Vat) Over The Term Of The Framework Agreement, Including Extension Options. No Rights Can Be Derived From The Stated Amount. There Is No Purchase Obligation For The Client. If The Maximum Order Value Is Exceeded During The Term Of The Framework Agreement, The Framework Agreement Can Be Terminated (Earlier).
